What I'm Listening To: Week of June 26th

I have a hard time pronouncing the word rural. It always comes out roowal or rulal or rrrrrrrral. This makes it difficult to tell people about the band The Rural Alberta Advantage. Even though I can't say their name, I like them a lot. I first heard them last fall and they've quickly become one of my most listened to bands on Last.fm. A lot of their music is influenced by growing up in Alberta including an incredible song about a tornado that hit Edmonton, Canada in 1987. That song is below, including a couple of my other favorites.
